Announcement

- Please note that w.e.f 20 April 2020, the Family Protection Centre and Maintenance Registry will be open only for intake from 9 am to 1 pm
(last Q-ticket is issued at 12 pm) for applications for Protection Orders and Maintenance related applications, Monday to Friday except Public Holidays. FJC opening hours remain unchange.
- In view of the current COVID-19 situation, please note that for Maintenance (MSS) and Family Violence (SS) cases dealt with by Family Court 1,
unless you are notified by the Court via Registrar’s Notice, email or phone call, your case will proceed to be dealt with by the court.
In addition, if the case is proceeding and the Court assesses that it can be mentioned by way of video-call, you will be notified accordingly so that you do not need to attend court in-person.
- Dear Applicants, please take note to make an appointment with the FJC or authorised agency in the online module and submit request before appearing at our premises.
- From 16 Mar 2020, you may be receiving SMS reminder(s) at least 3 days in advance for your PPO hearings as part of our mobile notification trial.
- Regardless of whether you have received the SMS reminder(s) during this trial period,
please note that you are required to attend court hearings as stipulated on the Registrar's Notices which you have received.
- All registries at Havelock Square will be closed on Saturdays with effect from 4 August 2018. Operating hours on weekdays remain unchanged.
- We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
